The most recent official report commisioned was on forty seven memorials vandalised in Kirkcudbright Cemetery, the report gave a detailed report of the damage to each memorial, photgraphic evidence and the value of the damages caused. This report was submitted to the Local Authority and Proculator Fiscal Service and was used to assist in the conviction of those who caused the damage.
